  • Recipe Ingredients listAvacado - 250g
  • Recipe Ingredients listStevia sugar - 100g
  • Recipe Ingredients listOne lemon
  • Recipe Ingredients listPuck thick creme - 200ml

Direction

Step-1

In a food processor /blender, add avocado, lemon, stevia sugar. Process untill very smooth.

Step-2

In a large bowl, add thick Creme and whip untill stiff peaks.

Step-3

Add avocado mixture in the whipped Creme bowl and gently fold until no white streaks remain.

Step-4

Transfer to the freezer container and freeze for overnight or at least 6hours.

Step-5

And tada, ice-cream is ready to be scooped!!!!
