- Avacado - 250g
- Stevia sugar - 100g
- One lemon
- Puck thick creme - 200ml
In a food processor /blender, add avocado, lemon, stevia sugar. Process untill very smooth.
In a large bowl, add thick Creme and whip untill stiff peaks.
Add avocado mixture in the whipped Creme bowl and gently fold until no white streaks remain.
Transfer to the freezer container and freeze for overnight or at least 6hours.
And tada, ice-cream is ready to be scooped!!!!
