120gms Chicken thigh boneless
1 tbsp chilli sauce and ketchup sauce
1 tsp light soya sauce and vinegar
40gms noodles
Veggies of choice - Capsicum, onions, mushrooms, broccoli
8ml oil
Chilli flakes/salt to taste
Minced garlic and ginger 1 tbsp
Boil the noodles with water in a pot for -mins or as per the instructions on the packet of the brand and keep them on the side to cool.
On the side, heat some oil and add ginger and garlic. Once light golden add the chicken and start to cook for about mins then add all your veggies and continue to stir gently.
Once the chicken and veggie is tender. Add all the sauces mixed together with -ml water
Let it simmer on low heat for about - mins and then add your noodles.
You may adjust and add about tbsp more of the chilli sauce or ketchup as per taste and mix well.
Your bowl of delicious Stir Fry noodles are Ready !!
