  • Recipe Ingredients list1 green chilli

Direction

Step-1

Heat pan, add oil

Step-2

add Nigella seeds, dry red chilli and green chilli, let it crackle

Step-3

add lentils, fry till golden

Step-4

chop the ash gourd and add it to the pan

Step-5

add salt, turmeric powder, fry till done

Step-6

add garam masala and cover the pan for 2 mins

Step-7

serve hot with rice
