How to make Arbi Chaat

Step-1

Peel arbi wash them properly and put them into air fryer for 20 minutes at 180 degree.

Step-2

Once they are cooked cut them into pieces and put them in bowl. Now add lemon juice, red chili powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, roasted jeera powder and salt. Toss them nicely.

Step-3

Serve it on a plate or a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves, green and red chilies.
