How to make Arabic Cuisine
Step-1
To make pita bread
Mix atta, yeast, Salt and very little stevia.. add little warm water then add ghee mix it now add water to make a soft dough... Knead for 5mins and cover it with aluminum foil and keep it at least for 2 to 3 hrs...
Step-2
Roll out then into thick chapati and add Kalonji on top you can bake it in oven or in air fryer.. I did in air fryer in 180 degree for 10mins...
Step-3
Chicken shawarma
Add salt and punch of chilly powder and air fry the chicken in 180 degree for 20mins... Then shred them like shawarma...
Step-4
Boil garlic both the chilies and roughly grind them.
In ghee add the paste and sauté for couple of mins.
Add boil potatoes and salt and fry for few mins...
Step-5
Boil tomato, garlic and both the chilies...
Roast red bell peppers and grind everything together...
In butter cook the paste till it is completely dry and thick in consistency...
