Apple Raspberry Bread🍞 (72.5cal/piece)
- Mash banana 150gm, peel & slice apple 150gm, cut 8 raspberry in quarters, egg 1
- Mix oats 50gm, almond powder 25gm , whey 1.5 scoop , baking powder 1tsp
Mash banana , peel & slice apple, cut raspberry in 4, beat egg ... keep aside all these ingredients ready.
Mix oats, almond powder, whey , baking powder
Except the apple slices - take a mixing bowl and mix both the wet & dry ingredients throughly .
Finally line the baking tray with wax paper line it with a brush with 5gm of melted butter. Then pour in the batter & arrange the apple slices on top & bake till done .
Cut in 12 pcs ( 72.5 calories each)
