Ingredients for apple quinoa salad
- › Mix quinoa
- › Green apple
- › Red apple
- › Chopped celery
- › Walnut
- › Lemon dressing
- › Parsley chopped
- › Salt & pepper
Method
1. Boil the mix quinoa, make sure you add a little bit of salt in it.
2. Cut both the green and red apple in medium size cubes.
3. Finely chop the celery.
4. Roughly chop parsley.
5. Roast the walnut and crumble it with your hand.
6. For dressing:- All olive oil and lemon juice in the blender.
7. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
8. And blend it for 2 mins.
9. Final presentation:- Take a mixing bowl. All all the ingredients and mix well. Sprinkle a parsley and serve it with the lemon wedge.
