150 gm Apple
40 gm Oats
Low cal cooking spray
8 gm Ghee/ Butter
8 gm Sugar / Any sweetner of your choice
1/4 tsp Cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp Nutmeg powder
Direction
Step-1
Chop the Apples into medium thin slices.
Step-2
Coat the baking pan with a low cal spray and layer the chopped apple slices in it.
Step-3
Sprinkle sugar over these slices and a tsp of acv/ lemon juice.
Step-4
In a bowl mix together oats, cinnamon, nutmeg powder. Blend half of the oats to powder form and keep the rest as it is.
Step-5
Cover the apple mixture with the oats evenly. Coat with ghee/ butter on top.
Step-6
Bake in a preheated oven for 20 mins at 200.
Step-7
Serve with flavoured yoghurt. Can add additional honey and nuts on top when serving.
