Apple Jamun Kheer
- Milk 500ml
- Apple 1 medium
- Green cardamon
- Cinnamon powder
Take one medium apple grated it, add stevia and cook till is becomes sticky and dry... keep it aside till it cools down
Take milk add kesar and keep for sometime
In a vessel put that kesar milk add elichi a pinch of cinnamon powder and boil it till it reduces to half. Add stevia and cook for couple of minutes.. Let it cool
Now take the cook apple add baking powder and cinnamon powder put small amount of apple in appam Pan and fry... They look like gulab jamun
In a bowl first put the kheer and then add the apple Jamun in it...
Tip don’t overpower with cinnamon...
