How to make Apple date barfi
Step-1
+Add ghee in pan
Step-2
+Roast cashew till golden brown
Step-3
+Remove cashew and roast Apple and dates on low flame, till mixture come close.it takes around 8-9 min.
Step-4
+Add milk in mixture.keep it on low flame.allow mixture to soak the milk. Keep stirring mixture constantly.
Step-5
+Add roasted cashew.
Step-6
+Refrigerate it for 2-3 hrs
Step-7
**Ps....For garnishing I used walnut , honey and dates ball( micros r not included)
