1. Soak mix dal n rice overnight or 6 hrs 2. Grind it to batter in mixer 3. You can let it ferment overnight or add some soda to make instant appe 4. Take appe pan, preheat n add oil 5.pour batter and let appe cook 6. Serve it with some buttermilk or chutney as per ur diet plan. I like hot n crunchy just like that.
