Ingredients for Appe/mini idli
- › soya chunks grinded-40 GM semolina-40 GM yogurt-2 spoon salt baking soda half spoon ghee
1. Grind soya chunks and mix suji,yogurt,salt,water. Keep aside for 10 minutes. add baking soda and mix.check the consistency of batter (U can add more water). it should not watery or not thick. Grease the appe pan with ghee and put the batter in it and cover it. let it cook. cook another side as well. ready, serve with sambhar.
