Ingredients for Appam Vada
- › 40 gm chana dal
- › 100 gm curd
- › salt, spices, kasoori methi
Method
1. Soak dal for 2-3 hrs.. then grind with ginger garlic green chillies.
2. In dal batter add salt spices of ur choice and kasoori methi.. make batter like dosa consistency..
3. Brush Appam pan with oil.. it reqd only one drop..
4. Make appan.. cook both side..
5. Put appam in curd.. and put all the spices ... roasted cunin powder, red chilli powder, black salt.
