200 gm chicken
1 tbsp poppy seeds washed in luke warm water
20 gm coconut fresh
50 gm tomatoes pureed
20 gm onion chopped
10 gm ghee
Ginger garlic paste
Salt, chilli powder, whole garam masala, turmeric powder, curry leaves
Direction
Step-1
Marinate chicken with lemon, turmeric and salt
Step-2
Put ghee in cooker, let it heat a bit, put whole garam masala
Step-3
Put chopped onion and let it soften a bit. Put ginger garlic paste and stir.
Step-4
Put marinated chicken in it. Stir it and close the cooker lid for two- three whistles.
Step-5
Chicken is half cooked.. Put poppy seeds and coconut paste
Step-6
Cook for some time till oil gets seperated
Step-7
Put tomato puree.. Add garam masala chilli powder and curry leaves..
Step-8
Cook till tomato puree is cooked..
Step-9
Put some water and close the lid and let it whistle for 2 times.
