Ingredients for Anda bhurji with soya chunks
- › Soya Chunks, 50gm
- › Whole Egg, 4piece
- › Green Vegetables, 100gm
- › Oil, 5ml
Method
1. Add 5ml oil to a pan
2. Add the soya chunks and green vegetables
3. Add turmeric and salt Can add black pepper too
4. Break 4 whole eggs to it
5. Let it cook and it's ready to serve
