Ingredients for कढ़ी चावल, भिंड़ि & pan fried chicken
- › Chicken 200 gm
- › Ghee 15
- › Curd 100 gm
- › Besan 15 gm
- › Rice 60 gm
Method
1. For Dahi Kadhi Step 1 Add ghee to a pan Step 2 Add onion and cook for 5-7 mins Step 3 Add besan and kasoori methi and cook for 5 mins Step 4 Blend the curd and add to pan and cook on high flame and keep stirring and cook until it starts to boil Step 5 Add spices (salt,turmeric,red chilli powder)
2. For Bhindi Step 1 Add ghee to a pan Step 2 Add bhindi and cook for 5-7 mins on high flame Step 3 Add salt,turmeric,green chilli Step 4 Cook for 10 mins on medium flame on open pan for crispy bhindi
3. For Chicken Step 1 Add ghee to a pan Step 2 Add chicken and cook for 5-7 mins on high flame Step 3 Add salt, onion powder,ginger garlic powder and cook for 10 mins
