Curd 100 gm
Besan 15 gm

Direction
Step-1
For Dahi Kadhi
Step 1 Add ghee to a pan
Step 2 Add onion and cook for 5-7 mins
Step 3 Add besan and kasoori methi and cook for 5 mins
Step 4 Blend the curd and add to pan and cook on high flame and keep stirring and cook until it starts to boil
Step 5 Add spices (salt,turmeric,red chilli powder)
Step-2
For Bhindi
Step 1 Add ghee to a pan
Step 2 Add bhindi and cook for 5-7 mins on high flame
Step 3 Add salt,turmeric,green chilli
Step 4 Cook for 10 mins on medium flame on open pan for crispy bhindi
Step-3
For Chicken
Step 1 Add ghee to a pan
Step 2 Add chicken and cook for 5-7 mins on high flame
Step 3 Add salt, onion powder,ginger garlic powder and cook for 10 mins
