How to make Amritsari Chole
Step-1
In a muslin cloth wrap tea with whole spices.
Step-2
Boil chole along with wrapped muslin cloth till 3-4 whistle blowing n low flame.
Step-3
Finely chop onion, ginger and garlic.
Step-4
Make puree of tomato.
Step-5
Add oil in a wok and add carom seeds then ginger and garlic.
Step-6
Add onion and saute till onion are slightly brown.
Step-7
Now add salt, turmeric, coriander powder, red chilli powder, chole masala, dry mango powder, cumin powder and then tomato puree.
Step-8
Let it cook for 5-10 mins and then add chole and stir it.
Step-9
Add water of boiled chole (3-4 serving spoon) and let it cook for 10-15 mins to achieve the nice consistency.
