Ingredients for Amla chunk/marmalade
- › 100gm Amla
- › 10gm Jaggery
- › 5gm oil
- › Salt,fennel seeds,onion seeds,cumin seeds,chilly & turmeric powder
Method
1. Boil washed Amla for 5-6 min Once tender to touch remove it and allow it to cool After cooling remove seeds out
2. Chop Amla into desirable pieces or chunk In a pan add oil and all seeds and sauté Amla
3. Add jaggery ,salt,chilly powder and let it cook for 5-10min
4. It’s ready to eat , you can keep in airtight container
