1.Amaranth Leaves- 100 gm
2.Onion-30 gm
3.Tomato - 20 gm
4.Coconut meat-30 gm
5.Oil-4 gm
6.Rice-45 gm
7.Corriander seeds,jeera,dry red chilles,curry leaves
8.green chilles and 2 pods of garlic
Direction
Step-1
1.For Amanranth leaves veg
In a pan add 2 gm of oil then saute green chilles and a garlic pod.Add Chopped Amaranth leaves and saute till it become soft.
Step-2
2.For Tomato Curry
In a pan dry roast corriander seeds,jeera and red chilles and 1 pod of garlic.
Step-3
Once the mixture is cooled down, grind the above roasted mixture with coconut meat and tomato .
Step-4
Before grinding add little turmeric to it.
Step-5
Add 2 gm oil and give tadka of curry leave..let it simmer the tomato curry is ready
Step-6
Serve with Hot Steamed rice
