How to make aloo tikki and soya halwa
Step-1
aloo tikki: boil potato, mash add condiments green chilli, coriander leaves shape into flat balls and brush ghee on dosa tawa and let it be for 7-8 mins
soya halwa: dry roast soya bean chunks, cool, grind to powder. in the same tawa above add the remaining ghee, add the crushed almonds, soya powder, and roast. add water, sweetner, and done :)
