How to make aloo patty burger πŸ”

Step-1

Patty: Boil potatoes and peel the skin. To that,Add bread,onion,green chilli,gramflour,cornflour,salt,turmeric,red chilli powder,coriander powder,garam masala,coriander leaves.

Step-2

Mix everything well and take required amount to form into patty shape.

Step-3

Take these patty and dip them in cornflour and maida slurry

Step-4

Coat with bread crumbs and deep fry the patty.

Step-5

Burger: Cut burger into halves,apply mayo then place the patty in lettuce add cheese slice on top,a little tomato ketchup,onion,mayo.(arrange in any order as you wish) close it with other bun.
