- › aloo - 60 g whole wheat flour- 30 g ghee-5g curd- 100g
1. mix all spices, coriander in boiled aloo.. make a small ball and put it on the rolled dough, seal from sides. roll it softly and put it on hot tawa, apply ghee cook on both sides..serve it piping hot with curd. tadaaaaaa yummy aloo parantha is ready. Enjoyyyy
