Aloo Omelette Roll
- Eggs – 5 no.
- Potato – 200 gm.
- Ghee/Oil – 10 ml.
- Spices (Turmeric, Chilli Powder, Salt, Pepper)
A very simple recipe. Break and beat the eggs. You can also add onion, chilli etc. over here. Do remember to include their calories.
Boil & mash the potatoes and add the spices to make it lip-smacking good. Now take 5 ml of oil and lightly fry the mashed potato.
Heat a pan and add the remaining 5 ml oil. Then pour the beaten eggs to make an omelette.
Once the omelette is cooked, place the potatoes over it and roll it up like you used to have chapatis as kids,
You can also add cheese as per your macros.
