Ingredients for Aloo Cheela (Fast/Vrat/Upwas)
- › Potatoes - 200 gms
- › Paneer - 50 gms
- › Ghee - 5 gms
- › Chilli powder and salt as per taste
Method
1. Peel and grate the potatoes (Use larger side of grater) and add chilli powder and salt and mix well
2. Grate paneer and keep aside
3. Heat the non stick pan and apply ghee
4. Spread the grated potatoes in a thin even layer and let it cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes or till turns crispy
5. It should loose its sides when done same like dosa. don't hurry else it would remain uncooked
6. once done from one side flip it and cook from other side too
7. Now when it's Cookes from both sides spread grated paneer on one side and flip it then roast the paneer side. Apply ghee from edges.
8. Take off from pan and garnish with grated paneer
9. And we are done enjoy with curd or as it is. 😁
