Ingredients

Almond flour - half cup Cheese -15 grams grated Salt Onion- half chopped Green chilli- 2 chopped

For chutney Tomato -1 Peanut -20grams RAi-1 tsp Red whole chilli -2 Curry leaves -10 Oil-2tsp

Method

Step 1

For dosa Mix almond flour , cheese , salt and water and put aside for minutes After mins mix onion green chillies On a non stick dosa tawa , rub oil with a tissue and spread the batter to form a dosa . Let it cook for mins on low flame Fold . And serve . For chutney Cut tomatoes and cook in low oil. Add peanuts ,and cook for another mins. Add salt . Once cool, blend in a grinder. Top it with a tadka of minimal oil , curry leaves , Rai, red chillies whole . Ready to serve .
