How to make All Protein Thalipith

Step-1

Grind raw soya chunks in a grinder to a powder form

Step-2

Mix chopped veggies, dry spices,salt to soya chunks powder

Step-3

Lightly whisk 2 egg whites ( optional) Or use isabgol/ flax egg ( grind 1 tsp flaxseed, mix this powder in 3 tsp warm water,whisk to a gel like mixture

Step-4

Add egg whites mixture/flaxseed mixture/isabgol in water to soya & veggies

Step-5

Mix everything lightly, knead to form a dough which can be pressed on pan

Step-6

Add water if necessary, dough should not be too tight

Step-7

Brush ghee on nonstick pan Or on a butter paper sheet

Step-8

Spread mixture on it (thickness approximately of stuffed paratha )

Step-9

Make some holes in it

Step-10

Put it on pan , cover with lid

Step-11

Cook for 2-3 mins & remove lid

Step-12

Turn & drop some ghee in the holes made in thalipith

Step-13

Roast other side without covering with lid

Step-14

Done !!! Enjoy with curd or white butter homemade / chutney ( whatever fits in your macros )or as it is !!
