How to make All in one frittata
Step-1
Clean and chop spinach leaves
Step-2
Clean and chop mushrooms
Step-3
Make thick slices of boiled potato
Step-4
Brush little butter on nonstick pan
Step-5
Add finely chopped garlic, sauté,then add spinach, sauté
Step-6
Add salt , add mushrooms, keep stirring
Step-7
Whisk two eggs in a bowl
Step-8
When mushrooms, spinach is cooked , add boiled potato slices ,spread evenly in the pan

layer it with beaten eggs , cover with lid
Step-10
When egg gets cooked, turn and cook from the other side
Step-11
Finally spread grated cheese on the top
Step-12
Sprinkle Italian seasoning,black pepper powder, chilli flakes
