How to make Akki Rotti or Rice roti


The roti below is just around 18gms of raw rice - make rice and then grind that a little coarse in a mixie and then remove and added coriander, jeera, onion, green chilli, jeera and hing - mix well! then pat into into a parchment sheet n then to a tawa or you can directly pat to the tawa. It's a little messy making this one, but worth the taste๐Ÿ˜‹ As the South Indian in me can't do without chutney - cabbage chutney in place of coconut chutney - Mann ko ullu banao, coconut samajh ke khalo ๐Ÿ˜œ
