  • Recipe Ingredients listGarlic -4-5 pods finely chopped
  • Recipe Ingredients listCummin seeds-1/2 tsp
  • Recipe Ingredients listGhee -5 g
  • Recipe Ingredients listSalt as per taste
  • Recipe Ingredients listDhaniya jeera powder
  • Recipe Ingredients listRed chilli powder
  • Recipe Ingredients listTurmeric powder

Direction

Step-1

Wash and rinse whole masoor with water. Pressure cook it with salt ,

Step-2

Clean and wash spinach and chop it

Step-3

Heat ghee in a pan and add chopped garlic and Cummin seed

Step-4

Keep aside some burnt garlic for garnish

Step-5

Add chopped spinach, salt to remaining garlic and sauté it ,add salt ,turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and pressure cooked masoor and cook for 2-3 mins

Step-6

Add dhania jeera powder , sprinkle burnt garlic kept for garnish Done ✅ Enjoyyyy!
