5ml oil
150 gms fish
For marinade- shallots(Sambhar onion)-1/2 cup, chilli powder- 1tbspn, turmeric powder-1/2 tbspn, salt, water - 2tbspn
Direction
Step-1
Grind all the ingredients mentioned in marinade. Add more water if required
Step-2
Clean the fish and spread the marinade on the fish and keep it in fridge overnight
Step-3
Keep the marinated fish piece in the Airfryer and brush some oil on all sides and keep it in for 380 degrees for 15 mins
Step-4
After 10 mins, turn it over the other side and keep it for 2 more mins if the masala seems to be uncooked
