Ingredients for AirFryed Soya Cheese Cutlets
- › Soya Granuels 50g Shredded Cheese 50g Ghee 5g Fresh Ginger garlic paste 1tsp Herbs ( pudina, coriander) chilli powder and Salt to taste
Method
1. Wash Soya
2. boil it for about 5 mins
3. Squeeze and Drain the water from Soya
4. (optional) Grind the soya for a smooth texture
5. Mix all the ingredients
6. Make Small Cutlets
7. Airfry them at 180°C for 12 mins
8. Delicious Soya Cutlets ready to serve
