Air fried Soya chunks stuffed wheat Samosa
- soya chunks , wheat flour , onion , tomato , ginger , garlic and spices.
Taken 50 gram soya chunks . After putting in boiled water , have made keema of that and then cooked with onion tomoto , spices with help of water without oil . Then wheat dough is prepared with 60 gram wheat flour . then Samosa cover is prepared and stuffing with Soya keema done . Cooked using airfryer , brushed 3 gram oil
