Ingredients for Air Fried Pakodas
- › Onion-50gms
- › Oil-6gm
- › Besan/ Gram flour-20gms
- › curry leaves, 1/2inch ginger
- › Salt, green chilli :1-2, ajwain:1/4tsp
- › Turmeric:1/4 TSP, Redchilli powder: 1/4-1/2tsp
- › Coriander+ Mint leaves: 1-2tbsp
Method
1. Slice the onion very thin length wise
2. Next add in all the above mentioned ingredients with the oil
3. Squeeze the onion with hands and let them rest for 5-6mins, this will leave moisture enough to bind eac other
4. Preheat airfryer at 160 for 5-7 mins
5. Cook for 7-8 mins on 160 then increase upto 190 so that it's cooked well and becomes crispy.
6. Add a foil / butter paper in the airfryer pan to avoid sticking
