Air-fried Chicken Tikka

Chicken Breast - 150 gms Tikka- cut pieces
Curd - 100 gms
Butter - 15 gms
Lemon - 1
Salt - As per taste
Red chilli powder - As per taste
Roasted jeera powder - 1 tsp
Dhaniya powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric - 1/3 tsp
Everest Tandoori Chicken Masala - 1 tsp
Shaan Meat Masala - 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Direction
Step-1
Take the curd in a bowl and mix well so that there are no lumps
Step-2
Add all the spices, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste and melted butter to the curd and mix well
Step-3
Add the chicken to the curd batter, mix well so that the chicken pieces are evenly covered in the marinade
Step-4
Cover the bowl with a foil/food wrap and let it marinate in the fridge for minimum 30 minutes
Step-5
Pre-heat the air fryer at 200 for 5 minutes
Step-6
Put the chicken pieces onto wooden skewers and cook in the air fryer at 180 for 10 minutes
Step-7
Flip/rotate the skewers and cook for another 8-10 minutes until done. Lower the temperature to 160 if needed.

TIP: If not using skewers, keep flipping the chicken pieces every 3-4 minutes to prevent it from sticking to the air fryer base and burning
