Ingredients for Air fried chick peas
- › chick peas -50 gms oil - 5 gms spices Red chilli powder - to taste Chat masala - to taste salt - to taste lemon juice -1tsp
1. Drain parboiled chickpeas and keep aside. No need to dry them. Preheat Air fryer at 200 C for 5 minutes. Spread the chickpeas and air fry for 6 minutes. Brush with 1 tsp. oil and Air fry at 200 C for 8 minutes to crisp them up. once done add spices (redchilli, chat masala,lemon juice,salt) And your white channa namkeen is ready to munch
