Ingredients for Aglio olio pasta
- › Wheat pasta 30gms
- › Olive oil 3gm
- › Garlic 2 nos
- › Rosemary
- › Roasted red chilli flakes
- › Oregano
- › Salt
Method
1. Boil the wheat pasta
2. Warm the olive oil in an open pan
3. Put garliv cloves (cut thin and long) in the pan and sautee till the colour turns light brown
4. Put roasted chilli flakes in the pan and let the oil absorb it for 2-3 minutes
5. Put boiled pasta in the open pan. Put salt and oregano and cook it for 3-4 minutes.
6. Garnish it with rosemary strands and enjoy the amazing taste 😍
