Ingredients for aaloo paneer tikki
- › potatoes 150g
- › paneer 60g
- › onions
- › dry spices
- › corriander leaves
- › mint leaves
Method
1. boil the potatoes
2. take the boiled potatoes and cool them down
3. mix boiled potatoes with paneer, onions and dry spices like jeera powder, chilli powder, corriander powder.
4. Add salt as per your taste
5. Add some chopped fresh mint and corriander leaves
6. Form a nice dough of this mixture, do not kneed it
7. Take some dough and make lemon size balls
8. gently press the balls in shape of tikki
9. slightly grease the non stick pan and make it hot
10. once the pan is hot add your tikkis and cook them each side for around 2 mins until you see a nice brown color on the top
11. alternatively you can also use air fryer to cook your tikkis
