How to make Aalo Bhindi

Step-1

Cut ladies finger to the size as per your liking

Step-2

Boil potato Sepraetly to avoid more usage of oil

Step-3

Heat the oil or ghee in pan and add jeera, chillies and ginger garlic paste to it

Step-4

Add fingers to it and let it cook. dont close the container

Step-5

Once cooked, add potatoes and all spices

Step-6

Mix well and let it cook for a while
