Ingredients for A perfect lunch in diet!
- › Wheat flour Roti
- › Tendli vegetables
- › Beetroot salad
- › Mint- coriander chutney
- › Bowl of curd
1. 1. 50 g flour is used to roll the fresh roti.
2. 2. 100 g beetroot is grated just before the meal.
3. 3. Tendli sabji is made in simple onion, tomato, giner, garlic paste with other spices. Spices are used in moderation to avoid any stomach issues.
4. 4. Mint coriander Chutney is made. Are use this Chutney for couple of days.
5. 5. A bowl of fresh curd with pinch of salt and two pallets of Stevia is taken. (stevia is optional) Here is menu for lunch on busy/ lazy days to get you going for the day!
