- › Grilled fish(85gm), cheese (20 gm), eggs (4 whole), veggies (100 gm), Mayonnaise (15gm), butter (10 gm), olive oil (5gm)
1. Grill the fish with 5gm olive oil… Add salt,pepper, paprika, thyme, oregano and a clove of garlic to it while grilling it. Make 4whole egg poached with 100gm butter. Add salt and pepper to the eggs. Make a salad with 100gm veggies. Add 15 gm mayonnaises to it. Serve them all together.
