Ingredients Chicken Breast 300g Ghee/ Butter 13g Ginger Garlic Paste - 2tbsp Pudina /Mint Leaves- 1 bunch Curd 100g Chaat Masala Powder Black pepper powder Salt to taste Lemon 1 Marinate the chicken with Pudina paste, Curd, Ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, salt. & black pepper powder. Keep it aside atleast for an hour. Heat 13g butter on the grilling pan and put the chicken with the marinate. Cover cook it till the chicken is cooked. Takle off the lid for the water released by chicken to dry off. Cook it for some more time to get the burnt marks. Sprinkle some chaat masala powder & lime juice for a tangy taste.
