Recipe: Ingredients- - mushrooms - onions - broccoli - 1/2 tea spoon ghee - salt, black pepper and green chilies as per taste Procedure- 1. Add ghee in a pan. 2. Add onion and green chilies 3. Add broccoli and cover it for 1 min 4. Add mushrooms and cover it for 2 min on medium flame. 5. Water from mushrooms will change the flavor of broccoli. 6. Garnish it with paneer or cooked mince chicken for more taste and higher nutritional value.
