This is a perfect easy to go recipe for bachelors, students and lazy people like me. Roasted Poha(Chiwda/Chudwa/) / Chuda Bhaja(in Odia) This can be made in bulk and stored in airtight container for a long time. I usually make a kg and store it. Ingredients - Ghee - 10g Poha - 1kg Cumin Seeds Dry Chillies Curry Leaves & Pudina Leaves(optional) Ginger Chat Masala Salt Procedure: Heat the ghee and add the cumin seeds, grated ginger, dry chillies, curry leaves for tempering. Once done, add the raw poha(beaten rice) and mix well. Keep turning the poha till they are crisp and can be powdered by just pressing between fingers. Add salt to taste and chat masala. Let it cool down. Store in air tight containers. The macros of this will be almost same as Raw Poha as it is the light moisture present in them that gets removed.
