Baked Soya chunks masala Boil Soya chunks for few mins. Cool them and press them firmly to create a sponge Roast Cumin, dry chilly pepper, Black pepper balls, coriander seeds, Cloves, bay leaf, fennel seeds. Grind roasted masala and mix with curd. Add some oil to the marinade. Add homemade ginger and garlic paste, mango powder and salt Marinate spongy soya chunks in the mixture for an hour Bake them both sides at 180 C for 20 mins or till little brown Steam them at last to make them soft. Eat with any Indian dip. :)
