Ingredients: Paneer: 100 grams Ghee: 30 grams Cream: 2 tbsp (30 grams) Cinnamon powder: a pinch Zevic Stevia powder: 3-4 tsp Saffron: 3-4 strands Methods: · Heat ghee in a kadhai. · Add chopped nuts of your choice if you like (In the picture: Sunflower Seeds). · Cook until slightly browned. · Add mashed/crumbled paneer. Mix well and cook on medium heat until the fat starts separating. · Add cinnamon powder, and stevia, mix well. · In a small bowl, add the cream and mix the saffron in it.
