People dont believe this is diet food 💟😁💟 Lunch date with my kiddo n what's for lunch.....it's PIZZZZZAAAAAAAA 🍕💟 Recipe from this awesome group itself....✔😘 Made 2 pan pizzas from the ingredients mentioned below: Ingredients - 50 gms soya flour/powder 1 pinch of baking soda 2 eggs 4-5 drops of vanilla essence 2 cheese cube 100 gm tofu Veggies of ur choice as per your macros *Very less oil/butter used (used just to grease the pan)* Recipe For pizza base: Whisk 2 eggs and add the soya flour. Mix well and let it rest for 5mins. Grease a non stick pan, and spread the soya flour mix evenly on the pan on low flame....cover it for 3-4 mins... Remove the cover, spread sauce, and add toppings if your choice (iv added tomatoes, capsicum, onions, tofu). Season it with salt, oregano n chilly flakes Grate cheese Cover the pizza n let it cook till the cheese melts . . . . #healthyfoodoptionsforkids too 💟 #healthyfood #yummyr #fittrbysquats #bonappétit
