Ingredients : Defatted Soya Flour - 70 gm Fine Semolina/Rawa (Roasted) - 30 gm Curds - 200 gm Ginger (grated) - 1 Tbsp Coconut - 20 gm Ghee - to grease Salt to taste Eno - 1/2 tbsp Method : - Mix all ingredients except ghee and Eno - Adjust the consistency of the batter if needed by adding 1 tbsp water at a time - Add Eno just before adding the batter to the mould - Mix well - Pour the batter to greased mould - Steam for 13-15 minutes - Serve it with green chutney! - Makes 6 Idlis Credit - Rekha Sridhar
