50 gms rice flour 4 tsp ghee Salt as per taste Water as required Make a semi soft dough with 2 tsp ghee, salt & water. Take a flat pan. Preheat it. Make a huge ball of dough & flatten it between your palms in circular motions. Cook both sides till crispy golden. Add 2 tsp ghee on both sides while flipping. Serve hot with curd or chole or any veggie. Made 2 out of this quantity.
