Airfried Palak crisps 💟 Ingredients Palak (100gms) Jwaar flour (you can use rice, almond flour, gram flour as per your choice) Soya (50gms)or any protien component as per your macros Garlic, Green chilly n cummin paste Salt The recipe is the same as Kothimbir (corriander) vadi....you just need to replace the coriander with spinach.... Used jwaar n besan equal quantity for binding (20gms) Mix well and make small doughs from it... Steam it in a greased pan or in pressure cooker....
